ACC helmets, do they fit better after a break-in period?

ACC is no longer a DOT helmet. They failed the certification and are recalling all "DOT" labeled helmets they made. I have two, and was surprised to hear I had been riding in a "kayak" helmet for three years. Here is a link to the recall: http://www.carbonfiberhelmets.com/recall.html
