Lower wind deflector for Road Glide
Does anyone make or have you fabricated a lower wind deflector for a Road Glide? Looking for something the could be mounted on the forks.

RE: Lower wind deflector for Road Glide
The lower fairings would be more of a winter item for me. I get no wind from the top of the windshield, but it rushes up from under the fairing and after hours of riding, it get's old. Just looking for some relief, not total elimination of the wind.

You could buy the covers that snap around the engine guard. I have owned 2 Road Glides and have purchased the lower fairings for them both..........and leave them on all year. I don't think the wind deflectors would work....probably get into the bottom of the fairing....and might send more air up the interstice.
Be careful with buying lowers on eBay......don't forget that the FLHTC series is different from the FLTR series.
