Congrats to you guys, be safe. I gotta say I'm lucky too,my wife loves going on a ride.This from someone that never learned to ride a bicycle.So now we're at a bike show the other day and she sees a new Victory trike,she says" I could ride one of those" She pissed and moaned about the $ I spent on my bike which she loves but will never admit,and now she wants to spend double for something she can ride. She is higher than a lab rat!!

I wish mine could ride her own but she takes medications for migraines and other ailments that sometimes cause her balance issues. So she's happy to ride on the back of our EGC.

congrats my wife wants to do the samething but she has never driven a bike before so im scared to death to let her try it but if she does i will be right there with her because it trully is the greatest hobby in the world, have fun and ride safe

That's great. You'll enjoy this time together. Just take it easy at first. Let her get used to it, and don't pressure her to ride too far or too long without some breaks. Oh yea, you said you bought a Sportster, so you'll have to stop pretty often just to get gas. LoL Enjoy.

 

My wife rides with me all the time. Her alone on a bike NO FREAKING WAY! She can't handle walking through the house half the time. I love her dearly but she is a Klutz.
It sounds like your wife will be fine on her new ride. BTW that thing looks new. Good deal.
