WELL it was just tie up all the loose wires, plug in the lights too make sure they worked. they did not. trouble turned out to be my ground. ended up moving it from the radio mounting cap screw to the radio bracket itself, worked out just fine. put everything back together and fired them bad boy's up and man those mutters are BRIGHT. all in all it was an easy install. i would recommend this kit to anyone that is looking for H.I.D .lights.

the hardest part of putting this back to stock will be taking the fairing off to put the bulbs back in. the only wire i had to run was a + for the relay. everything else was plug and play. real nice set up. and as far as 131tman everybody is entitled to their own opinion. if i'm proven wrong so be it. i'll just swap it back to stock. it's no big deal. and if i get a ticket from the headlight police i'll fight it.

I have the same exact HID set up in my RG. Have had them in since December 2008...over 13k miles later...I have had no issues. So are they unreliable....mine aren't.
I rode across the country last Summer (DC to the U.P. of Michigan to Mt. Rushmore and back to DC) and never was hassled by the police or had issues or complaints from oncoming traffic(not like they would turn around to tell me anyway...lol).
For the price the kit is excellent.
