Default Grease dripping from neck bearings

When it's hot out, over time the grease drips out of the neck bearing and makes a mess. I've tried several different greases and they all do it. I am an Amsoil dealer and I am currently using the waterproof lithium base high temp (blue) bearing grease. Leaks out like crazy when hot outside.

Anyone else have this problem, and if so how do you control it. I can assure you I wont grease the bearing again, was just fine from Harley the way it was, only have 20K on my Ultra SE3.

I'm going to make an oil adsorbing pad and place it in the area to help adsorb the grease, unless anyone has any ideas.

Just dig in there with My finger first to get the grease out and finish up with a rag. I guess that sounds old school, but it works.

Although I have not had the issue yet (I'm sure I will this summer, sice I greased the joint a couple months back) this issue comes up each year; most guys say that it will stop on its own once the extra is gone.

I use a high temp industrial lithium grease (I think it was Lucas). Filled the whole neck up and the little bit that squeezed out the bearings hasn't budged and, I was riding in a lot of 100+ weather.
