The only thing not great about my HD backrest is swinging a leg over it when I have heavy clothes on. It even gives me a place to stow my Gerbings power cables and the PCV plug.

One of the first accessory you should buy, that is if you didn't work it into the purchase deal like I did. Feel sorry for those that haven't installed one yet...

It's a must for me I have one on my Mustang solo and one for the 2-up seat. I have a Mustang backrest with a stock HD Ultra seat. That combo works for me

I have a backrest on my solo seat and one for my stock seat. Been riding with backrests on touring bikes for over ten years! Of course, my back starts to hurt after 15 minutes on bleacher seats, so the back rest really helps me to ride all day long. Heck, I'd put one on my R1 if I could figure out a way to do it!

I rode 200 miles today, couldn't have without my HD Rider Backrest.

I've got a backrest on my RKC and my Ultra. It the only way to ride for me. I've also got a lower back problem.
