Relay under seat?

Relay under seat?
Just wondering what its for? Also, there is a space for another one to sit next to it. What would that relay go to?
Reason for the question is: I am installing a dual horn kit in my fairing and I was planning on putting the relay for it under the seat (run 1 wire up to the fairing instead of 2 or 3). I saw the one under there already and wanted to put the horn relay in the space next to it. BTW 07 FLHX. and yes I know I need a service manual....lol
