Has anyone attempted to have their fake leather replaced with real leather? If you have, who did it for you and what to you think? I am a little unhappy about the durability of the fake stuff. Would real leather be better, probably not, but it won't look as funny when it wears.

Which fake leather are you talking about?

 

I'm not sure what you mean by fake?? The saddle bags on the RKClassic are plastic wrapped in real leather or at least mine are.

 

The leather on the stock RKC bags is not fake. Beware of anyone offering to replace it with "real" leather.
