Default Functional liners for Hard Bags

I'm amazed that no one makes a "functional" liner for the touring hard bags.
I see "Liners".......I see side mount pockets.......but I dont see anyone who makes a liner that has a few pockets built into the liner to make the liner functional.

Anyone know of a manufacturer that has this?

They make functional liners. Form fitted even.
Do they have side pockets? No. However, they do a GREAT job of keeping the stuff inside my bags from scratching up and stuff.

why not take factory bag liners to your local upholsterer or seamstress? you can request they sew pockets into the bags and they can be custom made to fit whatever items you wish to store.

I agree but don't get those lid liners with pockets, they are worthless.

I'm using some small makeup bags, I bought at wally world to keep a few things organized.

So far the clear plastic ones haven't melted yet, but I do have carpeted interior bags.

If I may interrupt...
HD has a really nice "drop-in, form fitted liner"...but no pockets.
HD also has an "organizer" that attaches to the sidewall of the saddlebag and has a few pockets.
These 2 could MAYBE be put together as 1 unit, I don't know.
Sew the 2 together? Glue? Sew velcro on the organizer?

I opted for the organizer and have it on order.

There is not a great deal of room in our saddlebags. I have the lift-out liners, but I reckon adding pockets to them will limit what will fit into them. But you could have liners plus an organiser and use whichever one does the job of the moment?

I think the organizer has sticky icky icky (double side tape) on it. You'd eventually have to use new tape. I don't see why it'd be a huge problem sewing the organizer to the liner. Might have to find a big sewing needle, though.
