These folks make liners, I have spoken with the owner and he is very nice and helpful. I ask about carrying straps and he said he could put them on if I wanted. I got the feeling he would customize their bags about anyway someone wanted.

It might be worth while to speak with them and see if they can add the "Functionality" you want.

It would be nice to have form fitting liners that stick to the sides to protect anything in the bags.

For organizers I like these from Saraceni. Scroll down to Bagger Pouch.

It works. When you click on "Buy" you are then taken to a second page where you have to add it to the cart. Then you click on "Checkout". It works a little different than most online stores.

I don't understand ... HD does make a pair as you suggest. I use them when I travel all the time and love 'em.

Deluxe Saddlebag Liners

These well-constructed, water-resistant bags are designed to fit perfectly into Touring model fiberglass saddlebags. Styled with an embroidered Bar & Shield logo, they feature improved inner storage pockets and convenient carrying straps. Sold in pairs.

Not sure if I'm really sold on the Bagger Pouch for my bike. Perhaps if Mr. Saraceni would send his "installer" over for a demonstration .......

I use the liners that came with the Limited, and a set of these organizers for all the tools and the patch kit. They fit under the liners perfectly.

Now that you mention it I could use a little of her time as well. A weekend should do it.
