Default Mounting Tour pack to FLP radio rack

I'll be mounting my tour pack on the radio rack of '10 FLP. Looks like I'll need to raise the tour pack up 3/8" - 1/2", so the lids on the bags will clear. Anybody else done this? If so, what did you use for a spacer? I've got a few ideas, but I'd like to hear what worked for you. Thanks...

On my '04 FLHTPI, I used hard rubber automotive bushings sandwiched between stainless steel washers. Has worked great for 4 years. Provided about 3/4" or so of height.
