Stock 2010 2 into 1 installed on 2009
Has anyone taken a stock 2010 2 into 1 from either a street glide or road glide and put them on a 2009 model bagger? I know that the O2 sensors are smaller and in a different location than they are on 2009 models but was wondering if it is possible to make the change and, if so, what is involved other than just getting 2010 O2 sensors?

You wont be able to use O2 sensors with the 09 ECM unless you go with something that replaces the whole deal like a Thundermax or something along those lines. either that or you would have to replace the ECM and all that jazz with the 2010 pats. Your best bet would probably be to run a PCV with the O2 eliminators and just plug the bungs if you want to change out the head pipe with one off a 10. Or you could get the Fuel Moto header.

I put a 2010 2 into 1 from a Road Glide on my '07 Road Glide last week. I have a PC-III, so I just plugged the '02 bungs. So far I like it, but only have about 60 miles on it.
I pulled off a K & N air cleaner & a Supertrapp 2 into 1. I like the look of the 2010 pipe better, it has enough volume to emulate the stock '07 exhaust, & is quiet. The Supertrapp is a good exhaust & very tuneable, but ran best with the K & N cleaner. The air cleaner made an irritating noise I had to listen to, so over all I was less happy with that setup.
It's an easy swap. All you need is a pair of exhaust gaskets. I had to change the exhaust bracket on the transmission but it's an '09 part number (65678-09) so you shouldn't have to spend the extra $4. I got my exhaust off ebay for $150.
