Doesn't help you back the trailer up though!

I buy their largest bulk bags and weigh the beads out myself. I use an electronic postal scale for this. I use the beads in my scoot, my F150 and trailer.
I do the same thing since I picked up a scale for weighing packages so I have an idea of what it will cost ahead of time.

Zinc coated BB's will also do in a pinch.

Someone was saying the Dyna Beads will do something to the valve stem but I can't see it happening.

I like the Ride-On product too and might use it in some tires to see how I like it but it's much more expensive than the beads but then again it does seal the tires up to a point. (little pun)

If you try to put them in too fast they can get stuck. Slow is the name of the game.

I use an electric pencil engraver to setup vibration at the valve stem and it works pretty slick. Otherwise putting 5 oz in my truck tires would take all day.

Thanks for the tip. I'll have to check that out.

I had a bead get stuck inside the stem and when I went to check my air pressure it kept the stem open. I shot some air in and cleared it out. I am now in the habit of giving the tires a shot of air before I check the pressure. I don't find this to be a problem and will continue to use them because they work and no more ugly wheel weights.

beads! I dun, need no steeken beads!

If you have good rims that are in balance, just align the E3 mark on the tire (E3 witha circle around it) with the valve stem on the rim. I don't have anything and have no issues.

But if your rim is not in balance, your results will be bad.

I have 6K on the rear and 15K on the front - no issues at ANY :> speed.

Thanks to all for the responses, I might go with them in my F150 too, They want 80.00 to rotate and balance the 22" rims on my Truck. I can rotate them and have, but don't have a balance machine. Thanks, I'll be glad when this shi$$y weather is over.

Just follow the bead application charts on the dynabead website. You should be good to go. I didn't bother to remove the weights from my truck tires.

I put them in my new E3's but haven't rode it yet. (Ohio weather sucks now) I used a vibrating detial sander with a triangle sanding shoe to touch against the valve stem to get them to go in the tire .. that worked good
