Why oh why would you want to un-evolve? Chain is noiser, dirtier, and no more (maybe less) reliable. I've had shaft drive, chain drive, and belt drive bikes. I very much prefer belt drive. Not that chain drive won't work, just curious --why?

If you're serious about the transfer, give these folks a call or email them. http://www.3guyz.com/

Zippers also makes a kit. Around $350.00 for front & rear Sprokets & chain.

How much? About 2 or 3 sessions with a therapist to talk you out of it.

Here's a better idea and a win-win proposition for both of us: You can come over to my house and remove, clean, grease, and readjust the chain on my ironhead. That will cure you. I guarantee.

Chains have evolved since the '70s, you might want to buy an o-ring

Well, Chains may have evolved, but I also have had Shaft drive, Chain Drive and now two Belt drives, The harley Belt is the smoothest drive system I have ever had! Chains were noisey and dirty as mentioned, Shafts "Lifted" the rear on acceleration, I love my belt drive...

And I realize you were "Just wondering"
