Default 200 rear tire on 2010 Street Glide

I am in the middle of changing the tires and wheels on my 2010 SG. Looking for advice on putting a 200 on the rear from anyone who has done it. What size wheel, ride and handling changes, clearance problems, etc. Thanks

Will a 200 fit back there? Or is the 180 the biggest that will fit without any changes to drive train?

I initially thought they came with a 200,,,
But I was wrong,,,

I had installed a 200 rear tire 18". I have not had any handling issues. it does make the bike taller but not much my feet still hit the ground, but there is nothing you can do to lower rear end that I know of because the tire is already close to fender 09sg.

The stock SG rubber is big enough for me.
Also not cheap....I would hate to have to pay for a bigger tire.

What about riding 2 up? Any concerns when hitting a bump with that extra weight? Anybody?

Riding with a passenger. I heard there isn't much room in the fender for larger tires. Haven't looked yet though.
I hope I have the new tires, didn't they offer to replace the 407s with 408s? or something like that?
Maybe I am wrong, it is 3:40 am. I am off to work!

I ended up going with a 200 rear on a 17" because I'm lowered. Can't tell you how it is cause I haven't got them in yet.

Nah, there is still heaps of clearance either side of the tire. No issue. The diameter of the tire is probably 5/8 more than the 180, again this is enough on the king, not sure about a SG.
