Default MoCo's new speedo/tach for Road Kings

This looks pretty good and the $299 price is much more reasonable than previous speedo/tach combos. Anyone here have one yet? 74720-10

Yeah, that gauge is sick! It's the one they put on the Softail Convertible.

I'd be buying one if I had a RK still...

I am liking that! Does it come with other back lighting? I do wish a tach was included with the stock RK's.

One thing I'm curious about is whether it has the 6th gear indicator. Can't see it in the picture and my dealer didn't know. Not a deal buster if it doesn't but it's nice to have. If anyone can find out, that'd be great.

Are these things difficult to install? DIY? or needs to be done at the dealer?

I was considering the brushed aluminium speedo/tacho for my 2008 RKC until I saw this. It's lower price though, makes me wonder which of the two would be the better product? Anybody know?

Just a guess but the digital speedo might make it cheaper to manufacturer and the background color doesn't change either, which keeps the price down.

Or maybe it's made in China ;=)

how come this gauge is not on the Bike Specific page on the HD Site? I can find it under touring and it says it fits 2008 and later road kings but I cannot find it in the 2008 Road King Classic page? Has anyone tried it?
