He doesn't show it in the video but make sure to protect your fender with a towel. First couple times you do this, it helps to remove the headlights so you can see how the fairing hooks line up. (if you go this route, make sure the headlight plug wires aren't hanging below the inner fairing when you attach the outer - otherwise, you'll be pulling it back off and cussing a lot. Yep, been there done that! lol)

Just be careful with the little plastic alignment fins. They do break easily if you try to force things.

+1 on checking that your headlamp wires are not hanging down when reinstalling the fairing. also take you time to align the fins on the side of the fairing for proper fitment. Otherwise you will have a gap on one side or the other.
