Yup only one headset comes with the bike. HD wants to sell you the 2nd unless your wife says the bike ain't coming without two headsets. Guess what I got 2 headsets and the low profile shocks for FREE yes I said free.
I've noticed since my last posting that the speakers seem to be a little painful pushing against my ears. Has anyone else had this problem? And if so, and suggestions? I'm thinking about trying to find a slimmer helmet speaker. I figure I can cut the wire and solder them together.

We used full face helmets and my daughters did not have a opening where the ear goes so it pushed against her ear, not fun at all for her. For me there is a opening around the ear in the helmet so I can tuck it in there and not even feel the headset. I have heard about helmets that have a speaker pouch but not sure which manufacture...
I have one of each 77147-98A and 77117-10 both look identical and sound the same to me. My question is I seem to have to firmly push in the connector on each headset for the mic to work. I am speaking of the connector at the helmet location. Is anyone else have this issue? Thanks...
I have the same 2 headsets on my 2010 Ultra.. and I have to check the connection on the helmet each time I put the helmet on... dont understand why... I have checked the pins and connections...I guess you just have make sure its in tight ( thats what she said lol)
