All chrome for me. Looks sharp and easy to clean. Did it on both of my bikes.

Default Another option besides black or chrome.

Here's another option to give you contrast. Use the chrome siitch caps and paint the switch housinge to match the color of the bike. Here are is a picture of what that looks like.

Glad you did this post. I'm going to order the chrome covers and leave the buttons black on my 2010 RKC.

I have had it both ways and I liked them both ways. Currently have chrome switches with black housing, good contrast and a little differemt.

I've also wondered how color matched buttons would look with chrome housings.

Ultra Rick: What's involved in painting those plastic housings/buttons? Primer then finish coat? I can't beileve that's a spray can application.
