Before 255's are installed, SHOW ME WHY NOT ,,

No 255's
IMO the 255 with 25 closing is too short on duration which does cause a lot of cold cranking compression which could require compression releases as did many cop bikes.
Cranking pressure is hard on starters as well. There are several 510 lift cams with 35-40 degree closing and 101 to 103 lope separation angle that work for 9.2 compression to 9.8
That my thoughts but I stayed at the royal arab inn last nite

I haven't heard of any starting problems reported in TC96's with 255's and stock (9.2) compresson. Mine have been installed for 11 months and I have had no problems at all. OTOH, some Stage II owners report the need for CR's, but these have 10:1 flat-top pistons installed.

Don't get too wrapped up in "dyno sheets"! Last time I checked, ya couldn't ride one. Furthermore, a dyno sheet shows 100% WFO conditions, and frankly is NOT a representation of how the bike will RIDE.

O.K. this HERKO person is obviously supposed to be a good tuner, right? And, he lives close to you. Since we can't tell where you live, this info doesn't help much if one of us thinks we might want to check ol' HERKO and his tuning capabilities out. So wadda ya say???? Where the heck are you located????
