Heel Shifter Poll
Thought it would be an interesting poll after reading a current thread on the subject. So who uses one and who doesn't?

Does using a 'heal' shifter have advantages over a heel shifter? Does it keep things from breaking or does the dog just follow along beside you?

Heel Shifter
Use it all the time, wouldn't dream of taking it off. So much easier than upshifting with your toe. Try it, you'll like it......

I never used the heel shifter even when it was on the bike. Finally took it off a couple of weeks after picking up the bike.
