no just go to nada.com you will get low and average but not sure how he got the trade in value part,,maybe he will chime in on that.your selling the bike for $300 low retail so in this shitty market. I thinjk its fair. now who has a touring 09/10 they want to sell for $300 under nada low retail? have cash will travel!!

You just go to NADA's website and go to the motorcycle section. You can get retail prices there. They dont have trade in values so I pulled that off KBB. Keep in mind the prices on NADA are basically pricing that you would expect to see on a used bike at a dealership. So you have to consider their overhead and getting the bike ready to sell. A private sale should be less because the private seller has no overhead and basically only cleaned up the bike for the sale, hopefully. A dealer might send it through the service department to have it checked out. I know some Harley dealers around KC have what they call Certified Bikes, what ever that means. It could mean it has Factory Warranty remaining.

OK, thanks. I believe the hard copy books that the dealers have provide a trade in value per NADA.

You are correct. When I traded in my Yamaha Roadliner for my 2010 EGC the dealer had a NADA book that showed Trade In Values. He was very up front about it though and showed me the book. He wouldn't let me keep it though.
