Default New communication device from Cardo

http://www.cardosystems.com/scala-ri...er-g4-powerset

Cant wait to get it...

Best two ad-ons over the Q2 are the A2DP bluetooth support, which means you will be able to listen to STEREO MP3 over bluetooth !! and the range on these babies is 1 Mile!!!

It can also support 4 people, and 3 riders...

RDS is fine too...

BUT the mike arm seems as poorly thin !
On my Jet helmet the Q2 mike moves up with speed !

I wonder if "Vox technology" will still have to be manually deactivated on each ride, not to have those unwanted beeps and radio mute...

Thanks for any info.

Good rides,

We have been looking into the best way to communicate with some other riders (and the best rider/passenger communications with loud pipes, radio, and helmets). Looking forward to some real-life reviews of the G4 setup.

I have been using the Q2 for the past two years with all my riding budies. Its excellent! I had a Dyna with V&H BR 2-1 and never had an issue with regards to the volume of the Q2.

I was talking to the Cardo reps last year at Americade and the reos were able to test them out and make recommendations for improvement.

Since they are just starting to hit the market is have to believe they got it right and this will be an awesome unit.

I'm not acquainted with headsets--never used them before. I assume one rider uses the one headset with the protruding mike, so how can you have stereo with just one piece per rider? I'll have to check my phone, but I assume an MP3- and BT-capable phone will play over BT, assuming A2DP. Not sure if mine does that, but I'll check.

It can also support 4 people, and 3 riders...
So why not four riders?
