Tell them how you ride the bike, and what and where your cruise range (RPM) is. It is not a race bike, so don't get it tuned like one. Have it tuned for how you ride it. Tell them you are looking for decent fuel mileage in your cruise range, and he can dump the fuel to it on the upper RPM range.

Stand right in the dyno chamber and check it out. Pretty cool watching a PCIII tuned on the fly going through each gear and rpm level. An experienced operator with the right equipment and software makes all the difference. Checking for exhaust leaks, closely monitoring motor temp, proper ventilation, setting the TPS, tuning each individual cylinder and dialing in the AFR.
