Default Wood dash kits

Has anyone used one of these kits? http://www.dashkitspecialties.com/B-HDEG96A.html I am considering getting one in synthetic Titanium Burl, I think it would go good with my white gold/black pearl paint sceme. Thoughts?

I'm not sure that wood belongs on a HD but I'd love for you to be the tester and show all of us. The price is right!

I'm thinkg that too, but the more I look at them the more they grow on me. You see they also have plain colors, carbon fiber and even chrome and aluminum. I picked the Titanium Burl because of my paint and it really doesn't look much like wood. Seems like a cheap and easy way to dress up the inner fairing without the expense and work of having it painted.

I pulled it up, and I agree with you. I think it would look good on your scoot, especially with your color setup. How about throwing it on, and then shooting some pics for us, and giving a little review of what you think, how easy to install, quality, etc....

not my choice - but if we all had the same taste in customizing it wouldn't be customizing.

Years ago I watched those being installed during some major rallys. I always thought they looked OK. ....Back then the wood grain was about they had to offer. I think the colors look much better!

I just bought the Real Carbon Fiber for my 2009 EG from that site! Thanx for the heads up! It was over $250.00 @ Rossmeyers in Destination Daytona, I just paid $114.00 shipped!

Are those decals? Sounds kind of cheezy. I noticed that they will sell a sample (actually up to 6 samples) for $0.45 each. But the shipping charge is a nominal fee of $10.
So for $10.45 you could get a sample.
