Wow. Thanks for all the compliments guys. We do our best to serve everyone as quickly as possible. Unfortunately we are not in the shop or working most Saturday nights at 8:41pm, but we are here at 5:30 on Sunday morning. Rerb95, i sent you a PM. You won't get any better customer service and they actually answer the phone when you call (during normal business hours)

I also added to the HT tweeters and amp and get a lot of compliments on the sound.

 

I have been thinking of upgrsading my speakers too and was wondering what you payed for the Ultra upgrade??

Trust me, we live on this forum and we answer emails and PMs pretty much 24/7 as most members on here that have dealt with us already know. If you send us an email and you don't get a response within a couple hours, please PM or email us again. We respond to emails within minutes of receiving them.

Don't remember what I paid. It was a package deal. I actually ended up talking with Shawn on a Sunday evening. I had called to leave a message with a couple of questions and didn't expect anyone to actually answer the phone. After talking with Shawn about speakers, amps, bikes, the weather and whatever else, I realized that I didn't have to waste even one minute trying to save a buck or two somewhere else.

I already waste enough minutes with all you jokers on HD Forums!
