Introducing the X-Stream Windshield
#131
"Long ride shields are made from impact modified acrylic. That is to say we do not use ordinary acrylic. Impact modified acrylic is a hybrid material with the structural strength of Poly carbonates yet it is a material that will not fade in the sun like most poly carbonates.
When formed into shape (rather than bent into shape) our windshields offer maximum protection from rocks and flying debris. Our windshields have every bit of strength as a lexan or poly carbonate windshield, and because they are heat formed in a special process they do not have the added stress that most flat (bend into place) windshields have when installed."
Hope this helps.

The windshields are starting to get to the testers.
Heres a link to a thread from a member who just got his 7" today.

Gentlemen,
My apologies for not hopping on here sooner. Also, sorry for my lack of returning emails, calls, questions on the forums and PMs. Matt and I generally share keeping up with communications, but he's been completely swamped out in the shop and I've been on FTX with my unit. But I'm back now and am grinding through all these messages.
I should have responses sent to everyone tomorrow when I get into the office. I'll be in the office all day, so feel free to call between 8am and 5pm PST(GMT-8). If you have any questions, feel free to email us at longrideshields@gmail.com or call (775) 544-6119.
