This is where the legends compressor goes on some models, like a deluxe. Not sure where it goes on the baggers.

Thinking about going with Alden shocks. 12 inch. I need more leg at stops and backing up. But there is only 2" of travel. From 11.6" to 9.6" It was reccomended for my 06 SG. Sounds like a rough ride either solo or 2 up. What do you guys think?

Default Arnott 12" bilstien

Just picked up one of these bad boys for my 98 Road king bagger and was wondering if anyone could comment on dual control for both the front air assist and rear? (maybe install a directional valve-front/rear shut off) Last season when I installed my 21" front wheel I went with a progressive drop in lowering kit for the front and it would be nice to have fine tune adjustment at the push of a button. Any ideas on if this could work?

Thanks Jay

I just installed the bilstien Arnott system with the gauge and handlebar control. Easy install, good instructions, now I have a question.... What pressure is everyone running? Single, two up? and do you put air in while sitting on it or not?
Thanks any help!!

Every bike will be different. I run 80lbs solo and 90 two up. I add pressure to 80lbs and the bike starts to raise up. When it gets to the top and the gauge starts to climb I let off of he button. That is my sweat spot. Hope that helps.

Mostly I am on the bike when I raise it. I usually raise it up while standing up until it hits my butt. That is the correct height for me.
I also use it to put my bike on my center stand. I drop my stand down and let out air and it drops down on the stand. I don't have to lift it up on the stand.

Lawnboy. What pressur are you running one up no load? I have the exact bike and setup and struggle trying to find the perfect ride, D you have any wobble when you ride with the air all dumped out? Like on sweeping turns? I do but if I air them up it goes away. Also running a 21 in the front with a 16 in the rear

I never got around to putting a pressure gauge on my setup....just made a note to order one.

What I do is, get on the bike, put kickstand up and with both feet on the ground air it up til it doesnt raise the bike anymore, then I give one little flick of the switch to let just a little air out....thats how I run solo.

With a passenger, I will do the same, air up without them on, but not let air out and even add a little more air after the bike stops rising. Sometimes 2 up I adjust it as Im riding.

I have extended bags on mine so I never ride the bike lowered at all...I have scraped bags even with the air ride aired up.....

Only time I dump the air is when parking....

That's very god info.. Thank you. I almost do the same thing with a gauge. I love the look of riding With the air all out, but it looks like after my winter project of bad dad extended fender and bags... I won't be able to do that any longer.
