I've seen one of those at a local dealer. Looks good in the flesh, but they wanted a ton of money for it. The sales guy told me that Brian Klock had done the conversion. Don't know whether or not it was true, but the bike looked great and they wanted something like 28K for it.

If I want a liquid cooled bike, I'll definitely get a metric, Italian, Teutonic etc. But to each his own.

Do they make a batwing to fit these bikes? That wouldn't be quite as hideous.

Also, was the price for that bike only $10? I guess that's actually not too bad, if true.

Wow, the only difference in the Vrod and ours is it's liquid cooled? I didn't know the Japanese/Europeans had the market cornered on liquid cooling either. .....

I like the way the lines of the Roadie Faring blends in with the V-Rod...I like the idea of a Prestone Glide...i would consider buying one...

I like it. I suspect that it should be between 100 and 200lbs lighter than the current EG classic. This is a big thing as I get older. If Harley ever bring something like this out (and dont gouge the customer) it might just pull me away from my upgraded venerable 2003 EG Classic.

Which dealer was that? It wasn't silver with flames by chance was it?

Randy at Cyclevisions makes the kit. He has been making them since the V-rod was introduced. I don't like them myself but some do.
