Your $$, your choice......but I would prefer the SERG and to add the new black "48" for a fun hopper.

BTW....are you interested in adopting a young 52 y/o son?

Help me out here guys...
....... this one's EZ
...... order a tourpak, LED light bar & vented lowers, paint'm to match w/a flame motif, have the dealer remove/reinstall your fairing w/the 2010 mounts to accommodate the vented lowers while he installs the detach TP & lowers,
.... end result, fabulous touring motorcycle w/ flames that doesn't look exactly like someone elses.
.... maybe not as much fun as trading, but waaay more sensical.
... besides, why spend too much buying a 'dark' motorcycle, when (w/yer RG) ya already ride 'on the DarkSide' !

OK, I'm real good at spending other people's money, so here goes...
The bike you have now becomes the Princess's bike, and you get the new bike. Best of both worlds. Problem solved.

This is such a no brainer. Keep what you have or try and sell it outright and expect to bend over a bit cuz your gonna take one deep on the loss but trading it in will split you in half. Dealers are out to make money and not be your friend so as was said, "you asked for it" and I can't imagine anybody saying differently. Then again, if you have more dollars than sense, go for it but I think you should keep both and eventually sell the one you like the least cuz there is always another one your gonna like a little more just around the corner.
Me, I would keep and enjoy what you have.
