not the answer but just curious
when bike was first put together did any one do a cold cranking pressure for a number to watch over the years for wear. cylinder valve bleed down. when I first did my 103 with 255 cams left plugs out, put pressure guage in one plug hole no acr open i got 197 lbs in both cylinders.
this winter I did head change mva's 10.5-1 pistions and got 215lbs on the 103. hope that number isnt too high for my dyno run .
just got 1200 mile on it dyno this weekend.
103 255 cam. comp static should be at 10.1 kept it lower due to 255 camsstock heaD GASKET AT .044 mva heads--power duels, monster rounds, stock intake. was worried the 58mm would be too big and low end would run like crap. I can always add it later, real easy change out.
hoping to hit 105 hp and 112 tq.
cylinder pressure held for 1.5 hours lost about 2 lbs sitting still.

depends on the experience of the person doing the tuning. I brought my road king to Carls speedshop in daytona who has a proven history of record breaking speed. Doug, Carls son, took his time to get every bit of power out of my motor. 96 ft/lbs at the wheel on my evo with a thunderheader and i can pick the front end off the ground. Im grin from ear to ear!
