Don't waste your time with this. I bought one and it lasted about a year. I really think the oil gets to hot for the sensors and it eventually quits working. I wish I had spent the money for the dash gauge to begin with.

They also are not waterproof, at least my first one wasn't. First time in the rain killed it.

I didnt cut any wires used 2 spade connection to power and ground unit clip right in no cutting or splicing
