Actually, I wanted to see pics of the monkey screwing a football since it took HOURS to change "stock tires on stock wheels" with this new fandangled harbor freight tire changer.....LOL.

On a serious note :
There is potintial for scratches no matter who changes tires. I had one changed at the dealer and they put some scratches on my rear wheel that won't buff out. I know I will be more careful than anyone else.

It is a 80.00 changer. The $700.00-$800.00 changers have alot more plastic protection built in but I would have to change a lot of tires to justify that price. I think the leather protectors may be the way to go with this one

Yes, I was doing it in a 40 dgeree garage, I agree warm tires would be easier to work with
