ABS BAGGER WITH A SINGLE DISC,Is it possible???

abs solved.
I was told by the folks at FBI that on an ABS bike they recommend not changing the master cylinder size and that the stock size helps move the fluid involved with the lengthly line used to go from the ABS brain box to the left side caliper especially with a 6 piston. FYI. FBI now makes a part specifically to convert an abs bike to single disk however it is mearly a brake line around 60 inches that runs from the abs box to the caliper. Eliminate the T and you're done. This is on page 78 of the 2010 Fat Baggers Inc book.

Just got off the phone with FBI again after drag post. This line actually comes from Drag and made into a kit. They say try it and see how it feels and then change it if necessary. They also say that with abs, you're not eliminating a huge amount of brake line. THe lever may stiffen up a tad but should operate and function. I just ordered one 5 minutes ago and am pretty excited about it. Worst case I'll convert to 9/16. They've done a bunch of ABS single disc conversions at many bike shows. They say it works...
