Default Rear fender antenna hole plug

Does anyone know if there is a aftermarket chrome plug available for the antenna holes on the Street Glide rear fender, I am installing a relocation kit and would like to find something other than the ugly black rubber plugs.

Im not crazy about the dull looking black plug either but I dont think there is anything else available... I bought an extra plug that I sanded down and going to try and paint that gloss black to match my paint, however its going to be really hard to get it installed without flexing it and cracking/flakeing the paint...

I am doing the same thing. My painter says it is possible with enough flex agent. he was gonna shoot them when he shoots a black bumper and see how they work.

i took my plugs in to get painted black cherry and they turned out nice. then took the saddle bag filler piece off and had the holes filled and liked that even better. i think he plastic welded. you would never know there were holes there.

+1. I filled mine when I had the bike repainted in April '09. Using in-fairing AM/FM/WB and CB antennas and the Milwaukee Bagger two-up detachable tour pak rack, the holes are unnecessary. On an '09 or '10 SG, the holes aren't used for the two-up detachable hardware as it is on '08 and older models, and in-fairing antennas do a good enough job not to need external, rear-mounted antennas.

I painted mine but one cracked a bit....the trick was greasing them to slip them in.

I wonder what Gibby's warranty on them not cracking during install is?

Try a hardware store.

You might find something for a buck or two that would be 15 or 20 at HD.

Kinda like these nuts to cover the antenna studs on my Limited.
