Had my bike dynoed today

Sounds like you put a louder pipe on your bike and are unhappy with a $35 Dyno run?
You might try better software system? Mastertune, SE sytems, Powercommander, etc.
"Getting it dyno "tuned" might be better than just getting a base run. What value would that be?
Why do you assume the dealer is incompetent?

I guess the first clue they're incompentent is that they don't know how to get their printer to print, the second clue is I get a dyno run measured in mph rather than rpm. Would you be happy with that? Personally I don't think they know what they're doing. Maybe I don't know what I'm doing but if I don't I'm having alot of fun doing it. I do know that never have I heard of measuring hp or tq at mph. If you have heard of that, tell me where. Gee, at 40 mph I'm running 25 hp, wow! Well anyone would like to know what their rpm is at 40 mph. I could be running 2000 rpm at 40 mph or 5000 rpm at 40 mph. I don't think that's asking for too much. I don't think I'd let them do a dyno tune on my bike. If you would be happy with that type of info that's o.k.
I've dynoed my Dodge Diesels more times than I can remember. Sometimes they graph in MPH, sometimes RPM. Like mentioned before, it's a setting in the program. Assuming the guy did a RPM baseline, he can print it either way.
Whether the dyno guy is experienced or not is irrelevant when you're running a Fuel Pak. It's not tuneable. They have a weird proprietary mapping software that they have the "key" to. How ridiculous is it that you have to call them and describe what's not running right, and they tell you "ok, so put #11 to 8, and #15 to 13, and #25 to 6?" Why can't they just have a user-friendly map like Dynojet or TTS?
No offense to you, but a Fuel Pak is straight junk. Yeah, it's cheaper than a PCV, but so what? You can't do anything with it.
Invest in a proper tuner, and find an experienced dyno guy. You'll be pleased with the results.
And really, what did you expect for $35? I cost me $400 to dyno my bike, but my results were well worth the expense.

You spent $35 for what?
The software you have is not generally considered very good, and clearly you have not tuned the bike. Since you have already ridden the bike, had they told you you had 110 hp would you have believed it and been happy?
A single dyno pull doesn't even make a decent base line, if the follow up comparo is done on a different day, maybe on a different dyno, by maybe a different operator.
When I had both my 103s dyno tuned, I didn't ask for print outs, just wanted the bikes to run really great. Soo, I guess I would have been satified with a graph in most any format.
FWIW, it might well run better stock with a factory stage 1 download.
