OK I'm reading into your post that your bike is stuck in idle mode and the Electronic Throttle Control (ETC) will not function when you throttle up.
I had this happen to my 09 Ultra but it was due to an incorrectly installed Stage 1 A/C (by the dealer) and the wire from the ETC to the throttle body brain was routed incorrectly and the wire touched the head, burned through and shorted out.
I was left on the side of the road 2 hours from a stealers. Funny they tried to blame it on the factory-- yeah right.... Anyway:
Back to the problem-- try what hog-doc said-- if no go call the dealer service mgr and he should be able to tell you what to do over the phone.
You (or the dealer) will have trouble codes to clear at some point in time-- one is probably P1511--EFI Power Management Mode and possibly P2103-- EFI Circuit Motor High.
Let us know how it goes please.

Has any thing been changed such as grips?...It is possible that the throttle grip is out of engagement with the end of the handlebar...Loosen do not remove the 2 screws that hold the switch housing on the throttle side of the bike...Now loosen the 2 T27 screws that hold the front brake master cylinder on...now push the end of the grip inward while slightly twisting the grip ...Re tighten every thing and give it a try...I hope this helps.
