My local dealer was like a revolving door. Everytime you came in there was some new from sales, parts or service. Everytime you get to know some of them they were gone. The dealer got bought out so we had new management and you new things would change then, but it still doing the samething. Just wondering if the other dealerships were the same way.
The closest dealer had a revolving door. The one 35 miles away has had the same staff for years. The closest dealer has a poor reputation and has traditionally done shabby work. The 35 mile away dealership is one of the best in the country. Treating employees right is the first step to having a good business. IMHO
I go to the dealer that is number three on distance from my house because I see the same faces there year after year. This includes all departments. And they have always treated me fairly.
our local dealer has had the same staff for years.they are family owned and treat there help like they are family.the only place that i have seen turn over is in the motor cloths area.the people that matter seem to stay and enjoy working there.
smart business is realizing that your employees are your greatest asset. Train them well, pay them a decent wage, and treat them with respect.
Businesses with high rates of turnover generaly have management problems, not employee problems.
