I just got off the phone with a supplier of these bars in Michigan. I told them I have a 2009 SG with no ABS or cruise and was needing them to find out exactly what I needed to put these bars on my bike.
They are supposed to be contacting Paul Yaffe to get direct input and I will post what I find out on this.

I just ordered these bars 12' Chrome.. for my 08 Street Glide. I told the parts guy on the tx at Yaffe what I had and he told me that I need a kit, and if I wanted to know for those bars you need +4 wires. I was thinking (I'm no expert) that would me +4 inches? So if that helps any of you! Cant wait to get these bars installed, I have heard not one negative about these bars on this forum except for maybe the price....

Hey guys and gals, if you're still looking for "PYO" I just ordered mine through [CATEYE Custom Rusellville, AR (479) 890-3007] for the 10" chrome for $341. including S/H. By the way no need for the kit on those 10" and I was told that if you call Paul Yaffe himself that the waiting period per order would probable be 4 months wait on those handlebars....

I installed the 12" monkey bars on my 09 SG. I used 4" novello extensions and had plenty. I also used +8 clutch cable at pyo's recommendation. Should have gone with a +6, as it is to long with the +8. I can say without a doubt, 10" bars wont need an extension. Just be patient pulling them through, by far the toughest internal wiring I have completed.
