My insurance premium dropped almost 30%???
Just got my renewal from Safeco, on the bike, and my 1 yr renewal dropped from $700/yr to 500/yr. No changes, no tickets/accidents, nothing, just a big drop. Anyone else see a big drop in their premiums? I know I have been kinda ticked for years that some of you have paid a lot less than what I paid, but I was surprised to see such a big drop in my rates. Maybe it's because I'm over 40
Guess I shouldn't look a gift horse in the mouth, huh?

Story of my life...........
Believe me, I checked everyone around here. For the coverage I have and being a Safeco customer for almost 20 yrs and having all cars, bike and house insured with them; they were the best. I'm just happy to see the drop. It usually goes the other way with insurance.........

Those are some great price quotes. What do you carry for uninsured, under insured? If it's less than 100,000/300,000 your taking a big risk! I know alot of folk's just get the minimum 15,000/30,000 but I have a friend who got into a bad wreck, totaled his new ultra. He was the one that showed me what can happen if your medical bill's exceed your coverage. I would look into better coverage just in case. If you already have at least 100/300, for the most part, you should be good. My insurance get's stacked so I would get double the coverage, God forbid, if I should ever need it. What's your health worth?

My State Farm premiums have been dropping slowly for the last 20 years. In my case, full coverage $250 deductible on a 2010 Ultra will be about $340 a year. Liability only on my beater work car is $14.85/month. I've never made a chargeable claim or gotten a ticket. No accidents either, and I'm 60 and still drive like a maniac.
