Looking at the classifieds it seems there are quite a few PC-V for sale. Is there something going on or are people just going in a different direction? Looking at picking one up from Jamie, just want to be sure people aren't experiencing troubles.

 

One of those is mine. I traded my 07 SG in for a 2010 EGC and the PC I have will not work with the 2010. Absolutely nuttin wrong with em.

 

I really like mine.

 

I installed a PCV on my 08 Road King last year, 7,000 miles later and no problems, in fact I upgraded the engine to a 103 with SE255 cams and the download Jamie sent me works great.

 

I've bought 4 various PCIII USB's and either sold or gave them away except for the one still populating one of my sportys....They are a great product and work perfectly, but due to bike swaps and upgrading to autotune, mine became obsolete.

Don't hesitate to buy a used one providing you get it at a good price and are certain about it's pedigree.

 

I had one on my 09 RG. Sold the PC-V and bought a race tuner because that's what my so called tuner recommended. I had a PC III on my Street Bob. It died, but it was quickly replaced by Power Commander. A buddy went through two of them on his sporty. Just recently a friend had one die on his 07 Street Bob. Power Commander did replace it though.

Nothings perfect!

 

8 months and 7000 miles, PCV works great. Even have a second map for mileage on it and i just have to flip a switch. No problems.

 

No problems.. great product.

 

My PC-V works awesome, engine runs great. Jamie's map's are second to none.

 

According to the FuelMoto web site, they're working on that very issue.
