Final update: Bike is fixed and was delivered back to my house this morning. It was a pinched wire and blown fuse from when they installed the Heritage bars. Everything works perfectly now. I rode the bike for about an hour this afternoon and love it.

That was sloppy work on their part...very sloppy. They obviously didn't check their work after the job.
Changing handlebars is a relatively simple job...unlike R&R an engine or tranny.

I would recommend a different dealer next time you need service...if thats an option for you.
