Default Having Trouble Installing AutoTune

Has anyone installed a PC-V with auto tune on their bike with V&H dresser duals? I removed the stock O2 sensors and now I'm having trouble installing the rear auto tune sensor. Do you have to remove the exhaust to install the rear sensor? Any comments or advise would be very helpfull.

If you got the stockers out you should be able to get the new ones back in...are they longer than the stock one was?

I have V&H true duals on my 08 and the only way I could find to get the rear sensor in was to take the pipe off. I tried every angle and some swear words but it was no dice. The new sensor is long enough that it hits the cover on top the tranny. If you take the top tranny cover off it might go but then you might have to replace the gasket.

Installing the new O2 sensors was very difficult for me. They are longer than the stockers and that makes them much harder to install. Now, I had SuperTrapp true duals on my bike so the bungs were probably in a different spot than stock headpipe; however, I did manage to get them in without removing the pipes. You may be able to get away with just loosening the pipe to gain enough space to install the O2 sensors. Good luck, hope you like the PCV w/ Autotune....I sure do.

Just as I thought....I'm sure I will like the auto tune but that rear sensor is a PIA to get in...Guess I will be taking the exhaust off to install the rear sensor this weekend.
