Default those who trailer Road glides need help

Hey to anyone who owns a road glide or similar bike anyone got some pics of where you are tying them down at on a trailer. Dad was wondering what others are doing hasn't had his RG on a trailer but heading to bikeweek and with the snow here in ohio will be trailering down love to see some pics or hear where you guys are securing them.

Buy some soft straps along with the tie downs.

TAKE A LOOK AT THESE.

TRICK IS TO COLAPSE FRONT END AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. I START WITH BIKE ON KICK STAND, THEN ON LEFT SIDE INSTALL TIE DOWN TO FLOOR SNUG THEN ON RIGHT SIDE RATCHET DOWN UNTILL BIKE STRAIGHT UP. WITH FRONT COLLAPSED LIKE THAT IT WON'T GO FORWARD OR BACK. REAR END HAS TO HOP TO GO ANYWHERE. NEED TO HIT A BIG BUMP FOR THE BACK TO HOP AROUND. THAT'S HOW I HAVE DONE IT FOR YEARS. HOPE THAT HELPS SOME.

In the case I have to trailer mine, the point I tie down in the rear is on the bottom of the frame right before the rear wheel. It has some cutouts that are perfect for the strap hooks. I know it isn't much info but I hope it helps. Good luck.

I had to trailer mine back to the house in NC from NY when I bought it. I used the engine guard and hooked the soft straps up near the turn signals. Then I winiched it down real good and compressed the forks. I never tied down the back. I had a streetglide and a roadglide in the trailer and had no issues.

I use soft straps and go over the top of the crashbar and around the frame. Then pull the forks down to the bike is tight. I have limited room in my trailer for rear straps but I do run one thru the bottom of the back wheel just to keep it from hopping into the wall or the other bike and in case of crash into the back of my truck.

I run my tie down over the frame neck and tighten it down. I then run a 2nd tie down from the opposite side over the frame as a backup. My front tire is in a condor and the rear tire sits between low tire rails. Never had a problem.
