I'll be happy to ride one down for ya. I've done it before around that time of the year. Just pay for my flight back to Chi-town and were good.

I'll fly out to Chicago and visit my daughter and her family. Then we'll ride down, all 3 bikes. When we get to FL I'll visit more family and then I'll fly back to NH. When are we leaving?

Yep, that's what I wuz gonna say. Strap down on the handlebars by the forks, or at the top of the forks with the forks compressed. Also strap the back so it can't slide around.

Thats where we are heading. Now, the best way to get the ol' girl in the bed. I will have to remove the tailgate b/c the shovel will not fit with the gate closed. the trailer won't hook with the tail gate down. If I could get some 5" channel iron, I could weld a kick in it and mount it down but unemployment does not offer me those job perks such as free steel.

Now, where to get some free channel or something else to hold and load the scoot.

Put my FLHT in the bed of my Dodge all the time. Plenty of places to strap it down to.
