I made mine look good by taking them off. The look real good sitting in the back of the shop.

That looks awesome...I am 'blacking out' my bike and want to completely blacken my 2010 stock wheels. Any issues with damage to the powder coat on installation where the wheel meets the tire ? like chipping or scratching?

I've changed tires twice and have had no issues whatsoever with scratches or chipping.

Here's the lipstick on my Pig. 2010 Ultra Limited wheels, $499 a piece(-20%), sold OEMs for 350...total investment $450...

Mother's Aluminum Polish. Use it and the stock rims will look better...use it often and they're look much better.
