Don't want a full or half cover, I just need a cover for the faring. Does such a product exist?

 

May I ask why?

 

To protect the radio and inner faring from the elements when the bike is parked outside, mainly for when I ride to work.

 

I've never been sold on covering a bike unless it's in storage.
If the weather gets bad and the cover starts whipping in the wind
it could mess up your paint.

 

Yeah, that happened with my Honda. There was a dull spot on the gas tank from where the cover would slap against it in the wind. That's why I don't want a full or half cover, that's what wax is for. I was just looking for something to cover the inner faring because I've heard complaints about the inner faring fading in the sun and the radio may be "weather resistant" but I'm pretty sure it's not water proof. When it rains it pours ya know.

 

I don't think a product like that exists. Buy a sheet and find someone that can sew and have them make you one.
