Default How to run wires for Zumo 660?

My wonderful wife bought me a Zumo 660 for Christmas! I was wondering how you guys run the wires using the handlebar mount that came with it. Since it comes with the power cord, earphones and microphone cables attached to the mount, I figured they needed to run between the tank and the frame back to the seat/battery area. Do you have any other ideas? Did you take the tank off or just raise it up to run the wires? Does anyone have any other routing ideas for the wires? Thanks in advance for any comments.

I ran my wiring to the unused HDI connector behind the headlight. Not the 660 though, it's the 450.

I believe mine is the 550 but has the same wiring harness with microphone, speaker and usb plug, my husband removed the tank and ran it inside the case that the factory wiring runs through under the tank, really a very easy job and wont damage any wiring, he put the usb plug under the right side cover and the speaker plug right out the corner of the seat and tank, its pretty handy right there. If you have a service manual it makes it a lot easier.

I ran mine under the fuel cap cover on top of the tank.
