Was reading the thread about the user with the broken frame weld on his 2009 and saw where he mentioned that there is a service bulletin on the 09's for the Jiffy Stand and the Swing Arm.

Is there a website or a place where owners are supposed to go to find out about this kind of thing ? I visit my Harley dealership pretty often and am surprised nobody there mentioned that I might want to have this checked when I bring in my 09 for the fuel tank mount recall.
