I hope it all goes back together as well. I have the service manual and am in no hurry so I will take my time and pay attention as I put it back together. Compared to my motocross racing bike, the Harley motor is fairly basic. Cosider that my motocross bike has a 450cc single cylinder engine with 4 valves and a single cam and makes around 55 - 58 horsepower and only weighs 235lbs. When I did the bottom and top end on my bike last year, there is alot crammed into those cases...very compact. So, while I am confident about assembling the Harely motor I will proceed slowly and be very cautious as well. Should be fun.

That is awesome.
Thanks for taking the time.
Since the intervention was denied on Yachtman's RK... may I offer my Ultra??
Great post and good luck with it. It will be awesome when completed.

Nice work, I like the way you keep every thing seperate and clean, makes looking for things a lot easier when going for the installation side of it. Just finished mine, hope to be pushing the starter button this afternoon.

You will certainly know your bike inside and out when you are done with this project. Keep us posted.

Looks like a ton of fun! I'll take the CRF in the background. Take your time and pay attention to detail. Should run like a scalded ape!

I have a pretty full agenda of things to do before spring. After the Harley, my CRF450 needs a little attention, as does my KTM400EXC and my son's KX85. My wife thinks I'm out of control although she never really knows what I'm up to...the bikes are just a blur of colors to her.
